Mr. Wood has over 30 years of active involvement in the real estate industry. He is a past chairman of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and has been awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Wood was elected to the Knox County Commission, and has served on the City-County Public Building Authority, Metropolitan Planning Commission, Chairman Democratic Executive Committee, the University of Tennessee Chancellor's Associates, and has served as president of the Development Corporation of Knox County, a non-profit corporation responsible for industrial and economic development. Mr. Wood has been lieutenant governor of Optimist International and has served on the boards of several Knoxville banks, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, the 1982 World's Fair, and the Metropolitan YMCA. In addition to continued service in some of these capacities, Mr. Wood is a 32nd Degree Mason, Shriner, and a former member of the Vestry of St. James Episcopal Church.
After earning an MBA from East Tennessee State University, Mr. Daves began working with Mr. Wood, and he has been with Wood Properties since its inception. He was named Realtor of the Year in 1993 by the Tennessee Association of Realtors and served as its 1998 president. He was named 1988 Realtor of the Year by the Knoxville Association of Realtors, was its president in 1991 and received its "Award of Excellence" in 1994. Mr. Daves has served on the Development Corporation of Knox County Real Estate Advisory Board and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Field Advisory Council. Mr. Daves is a past president of the Knoxville Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), East Tennessee Chapter of Certified Property Managers, Apartment Council of Tennessee, the East Tennessee Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members, and the Knoxville Apartment Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. Mr. Daves is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and he holds a real estate license in Tennessee and Kentucky. Mr. Daves is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville, and a past Chairman of the University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Associates. He currently serves on Knox Area Rescue Ministries' Board of Directors, Knoxville Chamber Board of Directors, Fort Sanders Foundation Board of Directors and the Knoxville Young Life Committee.
Mr. Blackwell determines and implements investment strategies, evaluates existing and proposed properties, and provides management services to develop and maximize their values. A University of Kentucky graduate, Mr. Blackwell joined the Lawler-Wood Group in 1978. Mr. Blackwell is a results-oriented team leader with over 28 years of experience in commercial development and management. He has overseen the development, leasing and management of more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial space. Mr. Blackwell is steadfast, innovative, resourceful, and resolute in moving the project to a successful completion. He has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation by the Building Owners and Managers Association. He has served East Tennessee as the chapter president of each of these organizations and represented each at their respective national convention. Mr. Blackwell has been active on civic and community boards including the Better Business Bureau, the Downtown YMCA Board of Management, Knoxville Central Business Improvement District, and he is active in the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership and the Development Corporation of Knox County.
Mr. Boles is responsible for commercial property management, leasing, and brokerage. Before joining Wood Properties in 1981, he graduated from the University of Tennessee and was senior leasing officer for the State of Tennessee. Mr. Boles is active in both the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce and the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership and is a past president of the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is past chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Committee of the Knoxville Association of Realtors and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has completed the class work necessary to test for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Ms. Turner is responsible for 1.6 million square feet of commercial office and retail properties. Prior to joining Wood Properties in 1986, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She obtained her affiliate broker's license in 1987 and was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1996. She served on the IREM Board, East Tennessee Chapter, #57 in 1997 as treasurer and served as secretary from 1998 through 2002.
Prior to joining Wood Properties in 1994, Mr. Holleman operated his own development and brokerage firm and spent a number of years with the Herring Marathon Group. With an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, he entered the real estate industry in 1979 on the retail side of the business, leasing and managing enclosed malls and shopping centers. Since then, his experience has encompassed office, industrial, development, and investment sales. Mr. Holleman is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and North Carolina and is a member of the Knoxville Board of Realtors and American Mensa Ltd. He has received the Certified Marketing Director designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Holleman is furthering his education toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Mr. Fuller has been with Wood Properties since 1996 and is involved in general brokerage in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. Mr. Fuller deals primarily with local and institutional investment groups in the sale and acquisition of income properties in the office and office flex sectors. His other activities include acquisition of land for commercial development for a variety of clients including The Development Corporation of Knox County and Covenant Health. In 2005, Mr. Fuller's sales and leasing volume topped $30,000,000. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, majoring in marketing. After college, Mr. Fuller received his affiliate broker's license and began his experience with Barnett and Weiskopf Development, with responsibilities in construction oversight as well as coordinating tenant relations for several freestanding medical outpatient facilities, including an 18,000-square-foot facility for the Veterans Administration in Knoxville. In addition to medical office space, he was also engaged in the managing and leasing of over 300,000 square feet of strip shopping centers located throughout East Tennessee. An active member of the Knoxville CCIM member chapter, Mr. Fuller has completed the course work for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Mr. Setliffe began his real estate career in 1982 with a shopping center developer. He gained experience by leasing new shopping centers, as well as site acquisition and sales of out parcels for major retail and restaurant organizations. He joined Wood Properties in 1996 and expanded his experience into all aspects of real estate brokerage, including office leasing and property sales. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and participates in local and national conventions to market real estate. Mr. Setliffe is also a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Sara Sweat
Property ManagerMs. Sweat handles property maintenance, vendor coordination, and tenant relations for over 1.6 million square feet of commercial office and retail properties. She attended the University of Tennessee, and prior to joining Wood Properties in 1998, she was a property manager for another local real estate company. She obtained her affiliate broker's license in 1996, and was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a member of the Knoxville Board of Realtors and the East Tennessee Chapter of the IREM. She and her husband Chris have two children.

Ben Kenney
Affiliate BrokerBen Kenney is a Knoxville native with over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience. He has served as Real Estate Manager or Real Estate Director for several of the nation's largest multi-concept restaurant chains where he was responsible for property site selection, acquisition and management. In addition, he has managed 17 public limited partnerships involved in the acquisition, construction, and rental of restaurant properties valued at over $600 million. John M. Adams, III
CCIM, SIOR, BrokerJohn, a Knoxville native, is involved in the sales and leasing of office properties. He graduated on the National Dean's List from the University of Tennessee in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance. After college, John obtained his Affiliate Broker license, was involved in real estate management and development, and joined Wood Properties in 2003. In 2009, John earned his Tennessee Real Estate Broker license. John has been designated an office specialist by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He also, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute; he was elected the 2008 President of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter and the 2009 President of the Board of Directors for the East TN CCIM Chapter. John is the President of Nucleus Knoxville Board and serves on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board. He is a member of UT Alumni Association and the UT Berkshire Hathaway Association. Pamela C. Treacy
Affiliate BrokerMs. Treacy joined Wood Properties in 2005. In 1994, she relocated to Knoxville to join Scripps Networks as part of HGTV's initial start up team. When she left Scripps, she was Senior Vice President of National Accounts. After 20 years in sales and management, primarily from the cable television industry, she decided to pursue commercial real estate sales. Ms. Treacy brings a determined spirit and results-driven personality as well as a professional corporate background to the field of commercial real estate sales. She is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Ms. Treacy grew up in the Chicago suburbs and received a BS in business administration and a minor in public administration from Winona State University in Minnesota. She is involved in the community and currently serves as Church Council Chair of First United Methodist Church, and she has also served as the Church's Vice Chair of the Administrative Board and Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee. Laura D. Heinz, Esq.
General CounselMs. Heinz earned her MBA from the University of Tennessee in 1996 and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1997. After working for a law firm and an international architecture and engineering firm, she joined Wood Properties and obtained her affiliate brokers license in 2006. Ms. Heinz is involved in the community as the Chair of Knox County’s Imagination Library Advisory Board, a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Knoxville Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville and serves on its Board of Directors. Ms. Heinz is a member of the University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Associates, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Knoxville, and a past board member of the Arts and Cultural Alliance of Greater Knoxville. He received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. After college, he spent nine years in sales and sales management, where he received numerous awards for being the top sales representative in the region as well as achieving multiple President’s Club awards. Bill earned the Most Land Sales Award at Wood Properties in 2009. Bill earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Member Real Estate Institute and currently serves as East Tennessee (Knoxville) CCIM’s Chapter Secretary. He serves on two Knoxville Association of Realtors’ committees: Commercial MLS and Grievance. Bill is a graduate of two Leadership programs: Leadership Knoxville’s Introduction Knoxville, and Leadership TAR (Tennessee Association of Realtors). Mr. Brown has a passion for urban centers, including Downtown Knoxville, where he recently brokered retail leases on Gay Street, Historic Market Square, and Union Avenue. A Maryville native and University of Tennessee graduate, Mr. Brown previously spent 5 years in New York City, where he sold commercial real estate for the city’s #1 building sales firm (by number of transactions). In less than two years with the firm, he closed several deals with an aggregate value exceeding $10 million. Properties sold included development sites, retail properties and warehouse/garage buildings. Before that, Mr. Brown was a media relations manager for a global commercial real estate services firm. Prior to entering real estate, he was a public relations professional with two leading communications firms in Nashville and New York City. Mr. Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from UT, where he majored in public relations, minored in political science and finished summa cum laude.
